Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help — within reason.

 Eligibility for Returns
• You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Once your return is approved, you have 7 to 14 days to return the product.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (including all tags and packaging).
• Returns will not be accepted for worn, used, or damaged items unless previously reported.

Return Shipping Costs
• If your return is requested within the 7-day window, we will cover the return shipping.
• If the return request is made after 7 days, or the item is sent back after the 14-day return period, you are responsible for return shipping.
• For exchanges, we may cover return shipping to support a smooth process.
• If the item arrives damaged or faulty, return shipping will be covered — but you must report it within 3 days with photo evidence.

Reporting Damaged Items
• You must report any damage within 3 days of delivery, with clear photos as proof.
• We will only accept damaged returns if they were properly communicated and documented.
• Items returned damaged without prior communication will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Items returned worn, washed, or used will not be refunded or sent back.
